"So, what do you do?" When I get this question at parties, I usually say: "We help recruiters find the best talent in the networks of their colleagues." Simple, right? Let me break it down: 🧠 AI-powered: we use AI to match candidates with open vacancies 🌐 Go-to-Network: we tap into colleagues' networks for easily reachable candidates 🤝 Collaborative: we nudge colleagues for referrals or ask them feedback 🎯 Talent Sourcing: we focus on discovering talent, not the entire hiring process But you know what?
