In sales you need to master the daily rigor it takes to be successful, and once you master that, you will start to master the closing. A successful team can't just have 1 strong performer and everyone else struggling. A leader needs to look at the team performance, and if the leader is sharing what works for them, then your pyramid has a small foundation that is weak to build from.
