🚧👷🏼The Power of Teamwork: Operator & Dirt Technician in Sync🦺🚧 In our line of work, success isn’t just about the equipment we use; it’s about how well our team works together. The relationship between a machine operator and a dirt technician is a perfect example of teamwork in action. To get the job done right, they need to move in perfect sync—communicating, adapting, and anticipating each other’s next move. It’s this seamless flow that turns a challenging project into a job well done. The operator relies on precision and control, while the dirt technician’s keen eye and hands-on approach guide the way. When these roles come together like clockwork, that’s when we see true progress on the job site. Teamwork isn’t just a skill; it’s the force that drives everything we do at Phillips Skid Steering. We know that when our crew is in sync, there’s nothing we can’t accomplish! #TeamworkMakesTheDreamWork #MachineOperator #DirtTechnician #ConstructionCrew #PhillipsSkidSteering #CentralTexasProjects #BuildingTexas #HeavyEquipment #ConstructionLife #LandDevelopment #ProjectSuccess #JobsiteSynergy #TexasContractors

Fix what is wrong with the furnace or installation. 💼My biggest professional challenge so far is: Learning programming. 🧠The biggest lesson I’ve learned from my job: Not to stress out about how big a task is, but to take it 1 step at a time. 🔧In my opinion, to find oneself in this role, one should be/need to like…: ✔ Good at communicating and troubleshooting, ✔ Good at communicating with coworkers and our customers as well as troubleshooting issues with a furnace remotely or hands on in person. #WorkLike #TogetherWeGainAdvantages

Here is another cause of short circuit, open circuit, ground fault, even arc flash that needs to be addressed in EHAZOP. The goal is to address required measures to prevent the presence of such animals in electrical rooms. All penetrations through walls, roof, floor needs proper measure to prevent the entrance of rats, snakes or other animals to the rooms. The performance of the such measures needs to be inspected and followed up during operation.

If not then all that the individual can be (at best) is a dangerous (due to the nature of what we're handling) technician (to illustrate simple mastery of a protocol-driven (even if complex) system).

You win in the draft. Too often, companies are looking for great service technicians to fill current roles and needs. Unfortunately, the boiler industry doesn't have a surplus of great service technicians ready to come to work. That is where hiring on potential comes in. Companies need to hire as many people as they can who they think "could" be great service technicians and see how it works out. Professional sports teams get it wrong every single year on people's potential, and yet they are willing to continuously draft new people to build a great team in a couple of years. It doesn't happen overnight, and overpaying superstars rarely leads to championships. Not every person a company hires has the potential to be a "A" level service technician. And that is okay. Companies go through seasons of growth, and they may need some role players who fill a specific role but will not be at the company long term. Boilers run 24/7 and there is no offseason for companies to regroup and train talent. But if companies continually have fresh people coming into the organization who are properly supported, they will find in a couple of years the "A" service technicians they were looking for on day one. Not everyone will stick around for those couple of years of development. And that's ok. But don't allow the fear of people leaving the company to keep you from investing in them. #boilers #steam #training

■ NEVER recruit technicians based upon your management skills! Management skills are not enough for interviewing technicians. 》A technician should be recommended by another skilled technician.
