By #simulating the machining process, we can predict the difficulties that may occur in the #machining process in advance, so that we can find problems before the parts are #machined and take corresponding measures to solve them, so as to improve the machining efficiency and quality. #Computer simulation machining can #simulate various situations in the machining process, including #material deformation, #cutting force distribution, tool wear, etc. Through these simulations, we can understand the problems that may occur in the machining process, such as excessive material deformation leading to dimensional deviation, excessive #cutting force leading to tool breakage, etc. After predicting these problems, we can adjust the machining parameters in advance, and replace tool materials and other measures to avoid or solve these problems, thereby #improving the machining quality and #efficiency. LASER ENGRAVING INSTEAD OF MILLING???? A few months ago we purchase the MD-X2000A from Jeremy Byers and KEYENCE CORPORATION and we are very happy with the results and value add it brings to the table. We recently ran these sleeves requiring case hardening and black oxide, as well as part number engraving in somewhat of a tricky spot. Prior to this at completion, the engraving could be somewhat tough to read which is not acceptable for us, because we fully understand the intent is to make the replacement process more efficient if ever need be.
