The Waiting Room.... While in the waiting room on God's List for so many things I would love to see the outcome, I have learnt some certain virtues/skills which are not limited to; 1)Patience 2)Strategizing 3)Seeking to know more. 4)Trusting in God solely after all efforts have been made. 5)Praying silently. 6) Communication skills. 7)Decision making etc All this skills and more will be needed when I leave the waiting room, cause certainly I must leave the room someday. It is what you have discovered in the waiting room that will be displayed in the field. We all have our Waiting Room, but only a few know it's their Waiting Room/Period. Three ways to provide the best customer service to your patients: 1. Attitude Making eye contact, smiling, saying hello and thank you are basic business etiquette and must be applied every time a staff member comes in contact with a patient. 2. Hospitality Provide an experience to your patients rather than an in and out service. 3. Timeliness A waiting area full of patients is a sign of broken processes and needs to be addressed.
