Last week I was feeling unproductive and I decided to make some few changes, if you have ever had this feeling this is my absolute 10 best tips for you 1. Prioritize and plan your day: Start each morning by reviewing your to-do list and calendar to identify your most important tasks and block out time to focus on them. 2. Eliminate distractions: Turn off notifications, close unneeded browser tabs and apps, and create a distraction-free work environment. 3. Batch similar tasks: Group together tasks like email, calls, or administrative work to improve focus and flow. 4. Take regular breaks: Step away from your desk every 90 minutes or so to recharge and come back refreshed. 5. Automate workflows: Identify repetitive tasks and implement tools or processes to automate them. 6. Delegate and outsource: Don't try to do everything yourself - identify areas you can delegate to team members or outsource to contractors. 7. Use productivity apps: Leverage apps like Trello, Asana, or Pomodoro timers to stay organized and on track. 8. Cut unnecessary meetings: Review your calendar and eliminate any meetings that aren't absolutely necessary. 9.
