Two weeks ago (yes, we're a little late on posting), our Customer Success team had their offsite in San Francisco and had so much fun they only remembered to take ONE picture! 📸 The team used this time to reflect on H1, focusing on what went well and identifying areas for improvement. They also got excited and focused on H2! 🚀 In addition to the productive reflection, they spent a day with Nadav Shem-Tov on sessions regarding a consultative mindset and the pathway to trusted advisor status. We were also honored to have Mike Long from Chevron Federal Credit Union join us to discuss how credit unions are affected by market trends. And last but not least, our newest Sr. CSM, David Tahara, led an excellent masterminds class on risk management. As you can see, it was an action-packed week for the team!
