If you read through various Reddit threads discussing if LLMs will replace traditional ML you see that cost is the most frequently cited reason not to choose an LLM. This is a more nuanced question overall however to the article's comparison of Assembly Language to Python is very analogous.

When I first met Shriyash U. (Yash) we had this very conversation. That is, token prices and long-range views on token demand. I walked away thinking this guy is one of, if not the most, interesting founders🧠 I have met in a very long time. Anyone involved in company / investor disputes should give this a read (and not just because I co-authored it with Ayo Oketunji and Rebecca Garrick). These disputes can get complex very quickly, in particular when shareholders also want to assert claims for losses that are properly the company's losses rather than theirs. It pays to know what tactical positioning works and what doesn't, and this Court Of Appeal decision gives guidance on the back of a useful case study.
