💡Braucht es eine Innovationsstrategie?💡
In einer Welt, die sich rasant verändert, wird oft die Frage gestellt: Brauchen Unternehmen wirklich eine Innovationsstrategie?
Die Antwort ist ein klares JA – und das aus mehreren Gründen.
👉 Eine Innovationsstrategie schafft den Rahmen, innerhalb dessen kreative Ideen entstehen und gezielt weiterentwickelt werden können. Sie dient als Kompass, um Innovation mit den Unternehmenszielen in Einklang zu bringen und sicherzustellen, dass Ressourcen effizient genutzt werden.
