Mainetti Vietnam wrapped up 2024 by celebrating together at their Year End Party at Long Hai Beach. Over five hundred employees took part in a full day of events to commemorate individual achievements and the company’s success. We held outdoor games and competitions to build team spirit. It was fun conquering challenges with our colleagues and celebrating our victories together. In the evening, we presented service awards, recognizing team members with five, ten, fifteen and twenty years at Mainetti Vietnam. We celebrated individual achievements recognizing our top employees, learning champions, and leaders in 2024. We held a Fashion show with home-made costumes from recycled materials, and a Talent Show where we all danced and laughed together. 👋 This one is for all my #Chicago folks. As many of you know Chicago was where #Foxtrot was born & it evolved in front of many of us. You physically could see the differences in the stores & what we referred to as the evolution of Foxtrot. Many of the folks on this list were a part of that evolution & history - they were the ones that were saying "Let's try it!" or "We can figure it out!". Many of them have so much history & learnings under their belt. They tested, piloted & provided feedback on about every single thing that became a Foxtrot process. Many grew their roles from hourly to management & many were on the cusp of their next role.
