This is why a single approach to solving gender equality is not sufficient. According to CoreWoman 's systemic approach, it is crucial to work not only on structural problems (laws, regulations, etc.) but also on biases and behaviors, and internal barriers that individuals have due to socialization. By addressing these three dimensions through research, consulting, and capacity-building, we can achieve greater indicators of gender equality.
