When it came time to determine which category we wanted to invest additional time and resources into as an agency, as a team of over 70% female-identifying creatives, women's health was a no brainer for LevLane. We've had the privilege of collaborating with amazing businesses and individuals in the women's health sector, and this has only fueled our commitment to educating and empowering women about their healthcare options. As Elizabeth Weir highlights, there isn't enough research being invested in these vital areas – and we're determined to change that. #WomensHealth #WomensHealthMatters #WomensAdvocacy

At Bayer, we believe in the active inclusion of women in society and the workplace. With continued discussion and policies towards women empowerment and growth, things are changing for the better. One of the crucial aspects is continuing the conversation on women’s health issues and encouraging everyone to talk about it. At Bayer we are determined to keep this conversation front and center of society’s consciousness. This is what drives our outreach initiatives - #Bayerforher and #Bayer4health – a space for people to come forward and talk, gain access to credible information, and seek counsel from healthcare practitioners. Let’s remember, a strong society needs healthy women. #Healthforall #inspiringinclusion #inspiringconversationsonhealth

Equity is core to our mission at Novartis. Every patient must get the care they need and deserve. While we are making progress, there is a lot more to be done to ensure our impact is truly equitable and at scale. I am honored for the opportunity to speak at this upcoming panel at the World Economic Forum at Davos, where we’ll focus on driving meaningful change toward health equity across the healthcare ecosystem and, specifically, how women are at the forefront of leading this change. At Novartis, we are committed to fostering equity--both within our organization and in the work we do in service of our patients. This is why we have joined the United Nations' Equal Pay International Coalition (EPIC). As part of our EPIC pledge, we have made a public commitment to monitor pay equity, remove bias from hiring, create pay transparency, and achieve gender balance in management. The commitment to equity needs to be a collective commitment and continued dialogue and collaboration within our industry and beyond is key to ensuring all of us deliver on our shared goals. I am thankful to the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and The Female Quotient for convening this panel, bringing together esteemed leaders in healthcare. When we come together in the spirit of dialogue in service of a shared purpose – our patients, we can unlock new solutions that can pave a better, more equitable path forward. #Equity #Novartis #Davos #wef24
