Now it's time to review the applications 📝 The Emerging Leaders Program East Africa cohort applications are being reviewed by a selection committee comprised of the Women Deliver team, Women Deliver Young Leader Alumni, and partner organizations who have a focus on adolescent health and wellbeing, including a compilation of activists, medical professionals, and civil society actors from East Africa. As one of 133 applicants from @Ethiopia, I would like to Congratulate Women Deliver on received over 3k applicants for the cohort. But I analyzed 133 applicants from more than 28% of population is aged between 18-29 from 120 millions of population need consistent advocacy not only for the program fellowship initiative but also mobilization of about Women Deliver in @Ethiopia.

I just received a rejection email . While I am disappointed not to have been selected, I understand the competitive nature of the process and appreciate the consideration given to my submission. I wish the selected candidates the very best. 👏🏿
