Leading From Within is a nine-month program designed to cultivate nonprofit staff who aspire to become Executive Directors and CEOs within the next 5 years. This interactive training includes peer support, experiential learning, and leadership development facilitated by expert trainers. The program is great for mid to senior level nonprofit professionals who show promise and the potential to lead and transform organizations in the future. It is also a great program to help current Executive Directors who are in the process of succession planning for retirement or taking on a new opportunity to prepare someone to fill their role.
