Award-Winning & TEDx Speaker I Bravery Expert I Coach I Best-Selling Author I Move from the sidelines to the spotlight at work, on stage, and in life.
Behind the mission to Mars? Story. Behind every fictional and nonfictional writing project? Story. Behind your bold new idea? A story. Stories are the currency of empathy, connection, resonance, and trust. Stories can create (and dissolve) business partnerships, tap into innovation, or alienate and exclude through fear. Stories are the tool of the revolution—whatever revolution you’re working on. If you’re speaking about anything that is potentially controversial; Where an audience might feel defensive, overly-sure, set against in any way… Stories are your tool. Whether your world is 150 seventh graders, a business conference room, or the TEDx stage… your words and stories are what will move it.

Alpha writer ll Growing Storyteller ll Teacher ll Edtech Scriptwriter B.A. in Linguistics and Communication Studies
Everyday, faced with new challenges, simple valleys that once looked like mountains to grind, tired and wanting to go and hide from the world. This came into my mind. All experiences we go through whether good or bad, serve these purposes— to help us grow and soar. This applies not just within our personal lives but across all areas both professionally where growth is required for success. Like the caterpillar, the metamorphosis from caterpillar to butterfly is not merely an awakening, but a meticulous and profound process of growth. Growth is a journey that demands patience, faith, and a deep understanding of the power that lies within. It is in the process of becoming, in the courage to push beyond our perceived limits, that we discover the vast expanse of our capabilities. As we honor the journey of growth, the process of becoming, and the beauty that comes from embracing the unknown, we have the power to emerge as a butterfly, vibrant and free, ready to soar to new heights. Now, to you and everyone that has been a part of my learning and growth process, you make the world worth the Ride ♥️ Thank you💝 I hope you had a splendid day? Cheers to a rejuvenating night🎉 My name is Lauretta Hart. I am a teacher, a growing storyteller and an Edtech Scriptwriter. I would super love to connect with you, if we haven't. Have a great week🥂 #thoughtleaders #20daylinkedingrowthchallengewithhaoma #newweek #teacher #edtechscriptwriter #growingstoryteller

Happy 2024 #writingcommunity! A new year is like a blank page–a chance to start fresh and create something spellbinding. At The Developmental, we like to create intentions versus resolutions, given that the former is more about mindset shifts than individual goals. Here are our Top 5 intentions for the new year: 1️⃣ Foster Deeper Collaborations: We will find more ways to strengthen our partnerships with authors and create a dynamic and enriching collaborative environment. 2️⃣ Broaden Our Commitment to Diverse Voices: this is core to who we are, and we will continue seeking and championing manuscripts from a wide range of authors, ensuring diversity in storytelling. 3️⃣ Adopt Innovative Editing Techniques: there is no shortage of creative tech solutions to help streamline the editing (and writing) process, and we plan to explore and integrate more editing techniques, bringing fresh perspectives to traditional narratives. 4️⃣ Engage in Continuous Learning: We will increase participation in workshops and seminars, staying updated with the latest literary trends and editing standards. 5️⃣ Provide Mentorship: We will mentor emerging editors, sharing knowledge and fostering new talents in the editing field. We’d love to hear from our community. What are your intentions for this new year? #mindfulness #entrepreneurship #editing
