Women Tech Council’s Post

At our holiday social, Georgi Ann Rausch, PhD inspired us with a powerful metaphor: just like working out, we can build muscles in our careers. We can grow stronger, trust ourselves, and know we’re worthy of success. Whether it’s having a “spotter” to support you, pushing through the hard reps, or simply remembering to smile along the way – every journey is uniquely yours to build. Thank you to everyone who joined us for a beautiful night of connection, reflection, and celebration. And thanks to our host Adobe for providing a warm welcome and amazing venue. Here’s to growing, supporting each other, and embracing the future we’re building together.

What a gathering! The holiday spirit was apparent and the energy was palpable! I particularly enjoyed meeting the high schoolers and SheTech members. The future is bright with these kids!

This was such a great event!

Women Tech Council hosted and planned such an amazing event. I was honored to be among so many incredible young women and women who are eager to mentor. Incredible location at Adobe, so impressed with their commitment to support women in leadership!
