Women Tech Council’s Post

It takes an ecosystem to create lasting impact. This year, we took a moment to reflect on the incredible strides made for women in tech over the past decade. The momentum we’ve seen—the mentorship, funding, advocacy, and leadership—has transformed industries, communities, and futures. At our annual Women Tech Awards, the Impact Award is a symbol of that collective effort. Typically given to one outstanding individual, this year we honored several trailblazers whose unwavering commitment over the last ten years has shaped the path for countless women in tech. Their contributions span sectors—venture, government, education, and corporate leadership—creating space and expanding opportunities at every level. To each recipient, thank you. Your dedication reminds us that meaningful change doesn’t happen alone. It takes time, resilience, and the belief that more is possible. As we celebrate this milestone, we invite everyone to think about how they can take action. The next ten years will be even more transformative, and we can’t wait to see who joins us on this stage. Here's to an amazing 2025!
