ONE MORE. It’s a simple idea, but in 2024, it’s been a game-changer. For the past few years, we've championed the power of inviting one more person — one more woman to mentor, one more friend to network with, one more high school girl to attend SheTech Explorer Day. This year, we’ve seen that power in action. ✨ People are showing up. ✨ They’re bringing their friends. ✨ They’re making room for more women in tech. Share your "one more" for 2025 or tell us how you've been felt the impact of someone adding one more seat at the table for you. Together, we're building a stronger community for women in STEM. Let’s keep the momentum going into 2025! #WomenInTech #STEMLeadership #EmpowerWomen #WomenSupportingWomen #TechPipeline Cydni Rogers Tetro

Robyn Farah, the Product Lead at Babbel, offers this advice to young women starting a career in tech: 'Go for it, ask people for advice, ask people to be mentors and lean-in. You deserve to be there more than anyone else.' Well said! But as Robyn acknowledges, it's not just about what women should do, but what the industry can do to support them. Give women open tech positions. There ARE qualified women out there. Put more women in leadership roles: not only can they be role models for younger women, but it's widely recognised that people hire people like them (which, in this case, can be a good thing). And men can be allies, too, says Robyn. They can encourage women to enter tech and support those already working in tech.
