The share of Fortune 500 companies led by female CEOs held steady at 10.4% over the past year - with 52 businesses run by women. "The pace of change is so glacially slow." Still, 52 women CEOs is more than double the number of women leaders who ran Fortune 500 businesses six years ago—and a 2,500% increase from 1998, when only two Fortune 500 companies were led by women. https://bit.ly/4b4qOa4 #WomeninResearch #MRX #MarketResearch #Leadership

Hard to believe, but just 5 years ago, the number of S&P 500 companies led by CEOs named James outnumbered the total count of female CEOs. As someone with a driven wife and a daughter with boundless potential, witnessing the breaking of glass ceilings fills me with optimism. Hoping we can see this trend continue of women in leadership positions. #FemaleCEOs #Leadership #WomenEmpowerment
