You can now watch Dasra's recent webinar "Unbalanced Scale: A Practitioner's Lens on Enabling Women’s Leadership through Organizational Change," hosted by ReD's Charlotte Vangsgaard alongside Shreyasi Singh, Shubhashree Naldurg and Aparajita Agrawal, part of a broader commitment within the WomenLead India Alliance to advance women's leadership across sectors. During the webinar (link below), which looked at the need for concerted organizational and sectoral efforts in advancing women's leadership in healthcare specifically, they discuss 3 levels of action required to support individual women’s journeys to leadership, policy changes to drive organisational change, and how to avoid drop off (or the "glass cliff") on the way to advanced roles.
