Summer and 100-degree weather is upon us! Reflecting on the Spring months, it’s been lots of rewarding, challenging, and hard work! Here’s just a snapshot of some of the Wonderful Orchards employee events these last months. We truly have an amazing, collaborative culture! Also, shout out to my stellar HR team for all the support 😊 Wonderful Games – top ranked in Dodgeball, Flag Football and Cornhole tournament! Development training – Hosted Situational Leadership training in collaboration with Beth Shapiro, Excel with Joel Hoffman, The Maker Group Negotiation training with Luis Soto and Forklift Training at our new Wonderful Career Center Teambuilding – All of our Procurement teams had a fun filled CANstruction event – building mini golf holes and donating to charity Next up for Summer – 20+ college Interns starting, High School Interns through our Wonderful Education Program, and Pre-Harvest training. We also snuck in a Company Picnic this last Saturday at Island Waterpark!
