The way we interact with products is changing. Emotional design is revolutionising the design process, going far beyond the traditional focus on form and function. And AI is facilitating the transition. Katrina Radic, our Director of Experience Design in Serbia, shared her expertise with with German media design magazine PAGE. But what does it all mean? “As this area grows, brands and companies need to adapt. It is important to establish a culture of empathy and attention to the emotional dimensions of the user experience.
