Collaboration isn't just a buzzword. It's the lifeline of innovation. I’m happy to share a glimpse into our latest white paper that dives deep into the transformative power of community and collaborative innovations! Our research, with the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, peels back the curtain on strategies that are reshaping the way we work, including an exclusive look at innovative models for community engagement that are breaking the mold. The goal for this paper is to help close the gap between and theory and practice. In essence, we are setting out to “unpack” the ideas of 78 of our favorite academics and show how their ideas are not only relevant – but can help improve how businesses operate. It’s bigger than just us. It’s about all of us together. Pushing the boundaries and redefining what's possible. In writing this paper we have tried to translate each of these academics’ ideas into a more palatable and direct form and show how it relates to what modern business practitioners and busy business executive are doing in the real world.
