A very interesting statistic that we recently highlighted with our clients at CAPROCK FUND and it's indicative of some massive opportunities that will come into play this year. Our partners over at CapRock will be ramping up transaction activity and capitalizing on this, and it'll be interesting to monitor corresponding activity as a whole with the Fed beginning to make adjustments.
