We know that security and reassurance is key when a trust communicates with a patient directly to their device. With our PEP SMS Reminders we customise the sender ID to show the hospital name instead of a random number. The patient is then safe in the knowledge that the message they have received is from the hospital. This not only appears more secure, but it helps to support DNA’s (Did Not Attends) and patient portal adoption.
