Could this be the best new commercial development in Australia? 👀   The Younghusband Wool Store redevelopment by Woods Bagot is astounding. It's bringing Brooklyn NYC vibes to Kensington.   This is a 1901-built building that is being transformed into a state-of-the-art commercial space. It's prime for attracting start-ups and entrepreneurs with features like an on-site café and deli, plus the best end-of-trip facilities I've seen in a long time. 😎   The natural light they've managed to capture inside is unbelievable, as is the amount of heritage value they're been able to retain.   This is the calibre of development we're excited to see in the City of Melbourne.   When this project finishes and the doors open, I'll be jostling to be first in line to step inside. 💥Ivanhoé Cambridge | Built.
