Confronting racism, especially within our inner circles, can feel incredibly uncomfortable and overwhelming. We're torn between preserving cherished relationships and confronting injustice. The fear of causing conflict or damaging connections weighs heavily on us. However, staying silent isn't an option. When we don't speak out against racism, we indirectly support it, allowing discrimination and inequality to persist.
