Today we released our 2024 half-year results, which demonstrate how our strong performance is delivering value and laying a foundation for long-term success. Our high performing base business has once again achieved strong operational and financial results, enabling us to return value to shareholders while unlocking new opportunities to grow our portfolio and deliver on our strategy. Here are just some of our first half highlights. These include: • First half net profit after tax of US$1.9 billion, up 11% on the corresponding period in 2023. • First half production of 89.3 million barrels of oil equivalent. • Excellent LNG operated reliability of almost 98%. • Safe start-up and first oil produced at Sangomar. • Our Scarborough Energy Project 67% complete and Trion almost 10% complete at the end of the period. • Fully franked interim dividend of 69 US cents per share.
