Awards will be presented at the AIA Conference on Architecture & Design in Boston, MA in June 2025. FAQs Q: Does the project need to be fully completed (not in construction) before being nominated? A: Projects must be entirely constructed (by 1/25/25) to meet the submission requirements but not necessarily occupied. Q: How can my project team collaborate in drafting the submission? A: A PDF of the nomination form is available so you and your team to complete a draft submission. Once you’ve finalized the copy, you can copy/paste from the PDF into the Survey Monkey form to submit your final nomination. Q: How many photos can be uploaded? Should we upload pictures of the project at various stages? A: We recommend ~15 images.
