Every project, every bridge, every building is unique Michal. But.. From the perspective of engineer or architect. The person who is buying apartment, he see the object through different lenses: Is it close to my work, is the air quality good in the area, are the neighbours cool, do I like the view from balcony... For most of people outside AEC: All types of bridges = A bridge.
2D Floor plane is boring and nobody likes to see it unless you are architect nerd, For easy conversion, makes them visualise it and makes them purchase it.
That looks way better than a sales brochure of properties with text and fake renders
