One powerful tool in this pursuit is customer segmentation. Customer Segmentation is dividing a customer base into distinct groups based on common characteristics or behaviors. By segmenting customers, businesses can tailor their marketing efforts, products, and services to specific groups, ultimately improving customer satisfaction and increasing revenue. Effective segmentation allows companies to identify high-value customers, target them with personalized offers, and address their unique needs. This maximizes the return on marketing investments and strengthens customer loyalty and long-term relationships. Using data from The UCI Machine Learning Repository (https://lnkd.in/diXKEdMi), I built a Machine Learning model using the K-Means Clustering algorithm to determine whether clients would subscribe to a bank term deposit ('yes') or decline ('no').
