Day 60. You can’t integrate what you don’t celebrate. It’s been 60 days of these posts, of which I’m officially deeming another milestone achieved. As a result, a celebration is in order. Celebrating achievements is an important part of any plan. Recognizing what we have accomplished fuels us to keep going further, to keep integrating actions into our daily routine and to keep forming new habits. So, yeah - hurray, it’s a celebration! But wait, it’s also another little piece of advice at the same time. Go figure? Keep on celebrating to keep on integrating.

CELEBRATE WITH MEANING, NOT JUST WITH CROWDS. As we journey through our personal and professional lives, it's essential to recognize and celebrate our achievements. But let's not get caught up in comparing ourselves to others and defining success based on societal standards. True celebration comes from acknowledging our progress and accomplishments that align with our goals and values. Buying a new car might be a milestone for someone, but it may not be a meaningful achievement for you. Take time to reflect on your goals and identify what truly deserves celebration. Let's focus on celebrating with meaning, not just with crowds.

When you love who you work with… Every day feels more fulfilling Every task seems more manageable And every goal appears more achievable. It’s not just about having fun, it’s about celebrating together. Celebrations bind us, reminding us that our efforts have meaning beyond the bottom line. They reinforce our connections and energize us to push forward, together. So, take a moment to look around at your team. These are the people who battle alongside you in the trenches, who share in your struggles, and who cheer on your victories. And remember, celebrating doesn’t require a fancy gala or big party. Small acknowledgments can have a big impact. A spontaneous lunch, a team shout-out in a meeting, or a simple thank-you note can uplift spirits and strengthen bonds. Do what works for you, but most importantly, remember: Celebrate every win, big or small.

People seem very shy about the stackable certs but you need to understand you are on this platform to sell, and the people that interact with you want to be sold. They want to know if you are the person that can fix their problems, so you're doing yourself and your principals a disservice by not showcasing everything you have. Not to mention the SEO aspect of it all, as the Google crawler hits your page and gathers keywords from your profile! Stackable certs are keyword bombs! Your resume and your Linkedin are NOT the places to be humble!

Personal Impact and Presentation Skills Speaker working with ambitious Business Leaders and Teams | Keynote Speaker | Event MC | Public Speaking Trainer | Confidence Coach
Last week I shared that I had been revisiting my values, and looking at how my personal values align with my business values. As part of that process I realised, even if I hadn't previously consciously named it, that deep down I value hard work. And even though that seems to have served me well in the past, it means that I sometimes work too hard and not so smart! It also means that I never stop to celebrate, I just keep going onto the next thing and the next. Recently I've had several reminders from various sources of the importance of celebrating both major and minor achievements, yet I still struggle to prioritise it. So, I'm intrigued about how to incorporate celebrations and would love some ideas please: 🏆 How often do you celebrate? 🏆 What type of achievements do you celebrate? 🏆 How do you celebrate, and do you schedule it to ensure it happens? In writing this post, I have realised I'm not the greatest at setting goals, which makes measuring what to celebrate a little more difficult! But I'm working on that too, and it ties in with my questions above so I welcome your thoughts 🙂

It’s great to celebrate beginnings but there’s something more important to celebrate. When we start something new it’s usually cause for celebration. And for good reason. It’s great to start something new. Whether it’s starting... -a new business -a new career -a new endeavor -a new goal It’s great to celebrate starting something because getting started is half the battle. But I think it’s more important to celebrate sticking with something. Celebrate not giving up. Celebrate finishing something. Sometimes, seeing things to the end and just sticking with it is much harder. It’s easy to quit, it’s hard to keep going. Especially when things get difficult and seem impossible. So celebrate those times when you feel like giving up but you just keep going. Celebrate when you see something to the end Celebrate when you cross that finish line. Keep going and never give up.
