Read full content, then you will understand the message what we try to convey. We have received few calls on internship, kindly not that we are not doing any internship like other companies. In current market there are few companies they post on Internship and freshers on SuccessFactors. Once you share profile they are asking for money for training and later they ask you to deposit money for internship the same money they pay back you in the name of internship. If this statement is not true kindly call those companies, try for fresher or internship jobs. Our suggestion is that kindly take training from good consultant put day night and effort then try for the job. Again, it's your decision later should not regrets on your money and time. #mba2022 #mbafreshers #mbafinance #mbahr #mbaentrance #ittraining #ittechnology #sap #sapcommunity #sapconsultant #saphiring #careergrowth #sappartner #training #freshers #certifiedcourses #sapfi #freshershiring #careergrowth #kannada #bangalore #bangalorejob #bangalorejobs #mba # #freshers #work #career #learning #interview #building #consulting #video #sap #mbafreshers #mba2022 #mbahr #hrexecutive #hrgeneralist #hrexecutives #humancapitalmanagement #humanresourcesconsultant #humanresourcesjobs #humanresourceintern #humanresourcesspecialist #humanresourcesprofessional #humanresourcesrecruiting #humanresourcesinformationsystems #successfactors #SFEC #employeecentral #careeropportunities #jobpostings #staffing #openings #businessanalytics #tech #hrgeneralist #placements #employment #careers #recruiters #internship #testing #testingjobs #tester #automationtester #autotest #softwareengineer #freshers #entrepreneurship #leadershipdevelopment #coaching #training #management #internships #digitalmarketing #socialmediamarketing #careeropportunities #technology #hrexecutive #careerinsap #sapcareer #sapcareers #SAP #successfactors #accenture #cgi #infosys #hcl #cognizant #capgemini #techmahindra #lti #lnt #wipro #mindtree #blueprint #pwc #ey #deloitte #kpmg #atos #nttdata #dxctechnology #fujitsu #ibm #tsystems #allianz #akt #Cargill #htc #walmart #google #microsoft #facebook #instagram #twitter #whatsapp #scb #standardcharteredbank #flipkart #india #ukeducation #uk #ukjobs #usahiring #usa #australia #australiajobs #singapore #singaporejobs #newzealand #newzealandjobs #uae #saudi #germany #italy #france #egypt #kuwait #russia #japan #ireland #canada #spain #southafrica #denmark

I've been actively searching for entry-level jobs, specifically roles that are supposed to be suitable for freshers with zero experience. However, what I've noticed across various platforms is quite concerning. Many companies, including big names like Infosys, label jobs as "entry-level" but still require 3-4 years of experience. This raises the question: what should freshers expect from companies if entry-level positions demand prior experience? For instance, companies like Accenture do offer genuine entry-level roles where graduates with no experience are welcome to apply. So why don’t more companies follow this approach? By requiring years of experience for roles labeled as entry-level, aren't these positions effectively becoming mid-level roles? This situation leaves fresh graduates, especially those without campus placements, wondering where to start. Many of us have the skills, knowledge, and potential to learn and contribute meaningfully, but if even entry-level positions require experience, where should fresh graduates gain it? #EntryLevelJobs #Freshers #HiringTrends #JobSearch #GraduateOpportunities #TechCareers #GraduateJobs #HiringNow #CareerStart #EntryLevelRoles #FreshGraduate #JobMarket #TalentAcquisition #FutureOfWork #SkillBasedHiring #GenZJobs #JobSearchJourney #LinkedInCommunity #YoungProfessionals #CareerOpportunities

"The quality of fresh graduates is soo bad that even a 20k salary feels like overspending." These are the words of a startup founder supporting Cognizant's decision to offer a 2.5 LPA package. However, it's crucial to understand that if you seek something valuable, you must be prepared to invest accordingly. Expecting to acquire a luxury vehicle at a minimal cost is unrealistic. This statement calls into question the effectiveness of the hiring and interview processes. If a selected candidate fails to add value, the issue lies with the recruitment process, not the individual. There are countless examples of fresh graduates thriving in the corporate world. I believe that assessing someone based on "quality" is misguided; it's all about their skills and potential. Thoughts?? #freshers #hiring #cognizant

Freshers, Take Note: The Hidden Perks of Joining a Corporate Job. 🏛️ I joined Accenture as a fresher right after college, and now, with two years of experience, I can confidently share some benefits you’ll enjoy as a fresher in the corporate world—regardless of your job role: 1. Your Smooth landing/Welcome 🤗 If your company asks you to relocate to a new city, they often take care of your initial accommodation and meals, usually in some of the best hotels for weeks. This makes it easier to settle in and find your new home without stress. Plus, many companies offer free meals and thoughtful welcome kits when you join. 2. Low Expectations (Initially) ✌🏻 As a fresher, expectations are usually low at the beginning. You might attend meetings and calls, but there’s no pressure to speak or perform beyond your comfort level right away. 3. Guidance from Experienced Seniors 🤵♂️ One of the biggest advantages of working in a corporate setup is access to experienced seniors. Whether they have five years or 20 years of experience, they’re often willing to mentor and guide you. Their advice can be invaluable in shaping your career decisions. 4. Work-Life Balance & Employee Benefits 💰 Most corporates provide employee benefits like health insurance, retirement plans, flexible work hours, and wellness programs. These ensure you’re taken care of both professionally and personally. 5. Financial Stability & Perks 🎁 Corporate jobs usually come with competitive salaries, incentives, and perks like transportation allowances, free meals, and performance bonuses. This financial stability helps you start your career on solid ground. 6. Opportunity to Ask for Better Work or Create It 🧑💻 If you find your work unchallenging or uninteresting, you can easily request to switch to more engaging projects or take the initiative to create opportunities for yourself. A Final Thought - It’s worth noting that many of these benefits depend on the project you’re working on. In the same organization, some people might resonate with these experiences while others might not, purely because of the nature of their projects. However, in most cases, corporate projects offer a positive and smooth experience. These are just a few of the insights I’ve gained over the last two years. What about you? How has your journey as a fresher been? Share your thoughts in the comments—I’d love to hear your experiences! 💌 #corporate #fresher #fresherjobs #accenture #corporatelife

💼 Hiring Freshers Made Simple! 💼 Hiring freshers isn't as tough as it seems! Freshers are actively seeking opportunities, and it's crucial for companies to recognize the benefits of bringing them onboard. 🌱 As a consultant, I often discover freshers' true motivations during conversations. If a fresher knows about your company before the interview, it shows they are prepared, flexible with budgets, and value convenience—saving on travel costs and other expenses. ✨ But the real question is: Why do they want to join your company? Is it to gain valuable work experience or to commit long-term? 🤔 This is why many large companies run internship programs—it's a great way to assess and invest in young talent. Design a structured plan, track their progress through periodic evaluations, and if they excel, offer them a full-time role based on performance. 🚀 Take a page from companies like Capgemini, Accenture, and others who successfully do this. 💡 I understand that smaller businesses might not have the resources for an internship program, but it’s something worth considering. Freshers with limited experience often struggle to get hired elsewhere, so investing in them can be a game-changer. 🌟 If you're working with a tight budget and need a fresher or someone with less experience, ensure you have a well-planned growth strategy. However, if you can increase your budget, hiring a senior candidate might be a better move to scale your business faster. 📈 In the end, it’s all about finding the right balance between investment, expectations, and nurturing the right talent! 💡 Freshers Share your resume and I will help you in finding job. #HiringFreshers #InternshipPrograms #WorkExperience #InvestInTalent #CareerGrowth #BusinessGrowth #SmallBusiness #HiringTips #TeamDevelopment #TalentAcquisition

#Hiringfreshers #Hiring #Freshers #Cognizant Rs 2.5 LPA...20k Per month Quality is bad.....Consider as training stipend and not salary... Drivers in some cities earn more than these freshers.... Is it Fair? Tech Giants and the Entry-Level Salary Debate Cognizant, a leading name in the tech industry, is currently facing backlash for offering a starting salary of just ₹2.5 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum) to fresh graduates. With high expectations for performance and responsibility, many are questioning whether this compensation is truly fair?????? In fact, some drivers in certain cities are earning more than these entry-level positions, prompting a critical discussion about the value we place on new talent. Is this really a salary, or are we looking at what should be considered a training stipend? Here's the issue: 🔹 High Expectations: Entry-level roles often demand a high level of performance and commitment. 🔹 Low Salary: Compensation that's lower than what some drivers earn raises concerns about fairness and respect for emerging talent. 🔹 Quality Concerns: There are reports suggesting that quality issues are prevalent, adding another layer to the debate. What’s your take on this? 🔹 Are these salaries reflective of the work and potential expected? 🔹 Should tech giants rethink how they compensate and value fresh talent? Let's open up the conversation and advocate for fair and respectful compensation practices in our industry. Your thoughts? #FairPay #TechIndustry #EntryLevel #SalaryDebate #CareerFairness #Cognizant

Where Will Freshers Gain Experience If Companies Don’t Hire them? Dear Companies, As fresh graduates, Jobseekers constantly face a dilemma. they are told that to succeed in the professional world, they need experience.
