Hiring Update for Clinity Talent: Looking to bring on a Class in Sept, and Hire Throughout Q4. As I mentioned in some of my earlier posts this year, we're looking to have at least a Company Size of 20 by EOY 2024. We're trying to be one of the next, and biggest staffing firms out there. A few things to note: -Required RECENT/CURRENT Healthcare Staffing Agency Exp (Recruiting/Account Executive) (1-4 years). This doesn't mean you had a Healthcare Agency experience in 2020, and then got into another field after, or etc., we're looking for specific resumes. NEED to be recent/current. -Proven Billing Numbers (if you don't know this, you should. Don't try to lie either - won't do good for the both of us) -Hard Worker, but Smart. Are there days in Sales that go beyond a 9-5? Of course. But when we're working late or earlier, need someone who is also efficient and manages their time appropriately and doesn't just work "late" to just say they do... -Humble. We're a startup. This is NOT easy. Nobody knows us. Got to be open to get back to the basics of Recruiting/Account Executive and be willing to learn new tricks of the trade. I pride ourselves in training here, and truly believe, our strategy (while perfect doesn't exist) and the way we do things here is pretty on point. I can sell you on our competitive salaries and comp packages, our 401K matching, our Medical Dental Vision, our culture, etc., but let's talk about that later. Let's get people who are EXCITED about this post, who WANT to be here, and who WANT to grow this with us, and SEE the vision of what we're doing. We need PASSIONATE, and DRIVEN individuals.
