Automation is seen as the savior of process problems and will make our lives soooo much better. Well, I hate to brake the bubble, but that is not the case. Automation can help, for sure. But technology in itself -especially the ones that come with large projects- is not the solution to fix a process. Before you even think of automating a process, you should solve the process problem first. THEN a low-code/no-code automation tool can help in making the process run better, with more control and data consistency.
