Is it time to rethink workplace connections? Connection in the workplace is often viewed through a narrow lens, focusing primarily on the interpersonal relationships we build with our colleagues. However, recent research from the NeuroLeadership Institute (NLI) in collaboration with Akamai has revealed a more nuanced understanding.
