During her internship program with us, Rachael acquired hands-on experience designing marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and handouts to spread the Working Wardrobes mission. At the very end of her internship and as a way for us to say "thank you", she received a personalized wardrobing session from our stylist Adrianna Ceballos. Exciting news! We were honored to welcome Assemblymember Cottie Petrie-Norris for a tour of our Working Wardrobes Career Success Center. Assemblywoman Cottie Petrie-Norris proudly represents California’s 73rd Assembly District – the cities of Costa Mesa, Irvine, and Tustin.

Johnny De Frange's journey with Working Wardrobes is deeply personal and fueled by his own experiences. During a challenging 13-month period from 2015 to 2016, Johnny found himself living in his car in a Walmart parking lot, despite being employed full-time. The harsh realities of making a living wage and affording housing in Orange County pushed him to the brink, but his resilience and resourcefulness eventually led him to secure stable employment and a place to call home. This experience profoundly shaped Johnny's commitment to helping others through Working Wardrobes. As our Social Enterprise Director, Johnny leads the Social Enterprise Team and Donation Center, driving organizational revenue and crafting donation strategies that ensure we can support every client who walks through our doors. Johnny’s dedication to Working Wardrobes stems from his belief that the organization would have radically changed his life during his time of need. He is passionate about creating real change by connecting personally with others and serving with genuine intention. His vision is to build a sustainable future for Working Wardrobes, expanding our reach into additional areas of need. "Knowing my skills are used to help change lives and build a better foundation for the organization's future is incredibly fulfilling. My personal story and history are what drive me every day to contribute to Working Wardrobes' mission."
