A glimph:   🤝 Person Centricity in Networking: In a world where device explosion is rampant, the discussion underscores the limitations of device-centric thinking. Creating immersive experiences across multiple devices requires a person-centric approach.  So a fundamental shift from device-centric to person-centric thinking is crucial. Networks are not merely about connecting devices; they are about connecting people. My keynote emphasizes the importance of this paradigm shift and how it influences the way we approach connectivity.  🌐 GenAI's Revolutionary Impact: GenAI is poised to revolutionize the configuration of connectivity, from the network to devices. By exploring the transformative potential of artificial intelligence, my talk sheds light on how GenAI will reshape the connectivity landscape and enhance user experiences. 👨💻 IPv6 and Personal Flat Networks: The adoption of IPv6 and the concept of personal flat networks is explored, highlighting their potential to forever alter the dynamic between Telcos and consumers. These technological advancements offer a glimpse into the future of connectivity and its implications for both providers and users. ⏱️ The perfect timing! There was a unique spirit - a blend of intellectual curiosity and casual camaraderie. The divisions of country, company, or department faded into the background, replaced by a sense of collective purpose. 💔 Every day, I see the impact of talent shortages, outdated leadership models, and resistant organizational cultures in our field. It's disheartening, yet it fuels my commitment to make a difference. That's why Cisco Live is not just another entry in my calendar – it's a personal mission. 🤖 My passion for emerging technologies like AI, New Leadership, Futures Literacy and innovative new workshop concepts is not just about technological advancement; it's about creating real value for our customers and partners alike, unlocking potentials that transform businesses. Sharing some of my predictions for the workforce solutions market that will be key in the year to come:     Expect a shift towards responsible software and services, fostering a circular economy through initiatives like device refurbishment and recycling, exemplified by HP Renew Services.     The coming year will see a significant push to minimize time and effort wasted on IT issues. Microsoft’s 2023 Business Trends Survey found that nearly 72% of workers wished they had collaboration tools that helped them work better across teams. Addressing this concern, HP is dedicated to providing top-notch Managed Collaboration Services.     Finally, I anticipate a rising demand for integrated, secure, AI-enabled solutions catering to the challenges and opportunities of hybrid work. Another week has begun, and here it is, another #MarvisMonday !!! By now, I'm hoping these are one of your favorite parts of the week. 😎 And today I would like to introduce you the Thoughtworks, which is a global technology company providing offices in over a dozen countries for people to work where they need to, when they need to! They needed to revamp their legacy controller design to something better optimized and simplified, allowing their #WiFi to "just work". They complained of #WLAN controller updates taking 20 man hours every time they needed to make a simple change. And with office designs that relied on Guest WiFi network working consistently, and without manual intervention, they needed to turn to Mist Systems. “Only Juniper leverages artificial intelligence inside the WLAN platform to automate mundane tasks, improve Wi-Fi reliability, accelerate troubleshooting, and give insight into the wireless user experience,” says Kevin Fenn, their Global Head of Workspaces (IT) & Networks.
