Its feeling like fall, but that doesn't mean we cant celebrate another #FenestrationFriday. This weeks showcase makes me wish we still had some summer months ahead of us! Now, as someone who follows real estate, there is a rule everyone knows...location, location, location. Gibson Point, a 6-story, 291-unit multifamily development designed by our friends at Arrowstreet Inc., exemplifies that rule, location is king! With beautiful views of the water ways, or the backdrop of the Boston skyline, you will have no shortage of views through INTUS windows. One important goal of this project was to create a very organic, clean space, focused on health and wellness. How did the project Team achieve that? Spa like amenities, nature boardwalks, and one imperative aspect for the units, using electric heat pumps in lieu of fossil fuel units. Electric heat pumps are becoming more and more popular, especially as we as nation try to reduce our carbon footprint. Here is the good news, we have multiple heat pump integration panels for our windows! Rest assured we have solutions for any way you would like to vent through our windows. Another great example of INTUS having it's finger on the pulse of the latest energy efficient trends. A big thank you too Callahan Construction Managers for making this project happen as well.
