Before: I’m just a Salesforce Admin. Now, read the following—out loud. ⚡ I am the protector of a database that is an extremely valuable company asset. ⚡ I am responsible for the care and feeding of a mission-critical company system. ⚡I automate processes so my peeps can spend more time selling and supporting customers. I give back hours so they can do more, serve better, and drive company success! Are you feeling it? Whether you manage the entire Salesforce program or are responsible for a sliver of functionality, your work matters. YOU deliver results that move the needle. Not to mention, you create the reports and surface the data that shows the needle move! Happy Mindset Monday, y’all-- with a special shout out to all you Salesforce Admins ready to step into your power, show up with your ownership mindset, and make a difference! Let’s do this! 📚📚📚📚 PS ) This year, I’m shifting gears and working on some new content to help Salesforce professionals in even bigger ways. If you’re here for Salesforce Admin tips, don’t worry—I’ll still share them on my new LinkedIn company page: Rock Your Role as a Salesforce Admin by Jodi Hrbek. Please consider reposting to help get the word out. 🙏 #SalesforceAdmins #Salesforce #Mindset

As a new Salesforce Administrator, your elevator pitch is your ticket to that first job (especially working in NYC). It took me a bit to develop mine, but it really comes down to these tips: Emphasize your problem-solving skills and passion for streamlining business processes. Showcase your understanding of Salesforce's impact on business operations and customer relationships. Mention any relevant transferable skills from previous roles or education. Practice articulating how you can add value to an organization's Salesforce ecosystem. Conclude with your eagerness to contribute to a company's CRM success. Regular refinement of your pitch will boost your confidence and help you stand out in the competitive Salesforce job market. Optionally, highlight your Salesforce certifications (I received my first certification in 2021).
