Uh-oh - triggered lol In all honesty, it’s true. Sometimes, I genuinely think I’m superman. The reality is however, I am a human being like us all! It’s so important that we don’t overwork ourselves and give ourselves grace, if we want to be happy whilst achieving our successes. Who else felt triggered by this post?

5 ways to be a better human this week: 1. To connect with others, either share with someone who wants to listen, or listen to someone who wants to share. 2. Stop spending time with energy vampires. 3. Stop believing your negative self-talk. 4. Don't just wait around for a handout. Fish aren't just going to jump into your boat. 5. Don’t allow your success to blind you. What got you here won’t get you there.

This week on 🌈 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 🌈 50 𝑸𝒖𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒍𝒐𝒐𝒌 𝒂𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒇 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒚. 𝘋𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘭𝘺 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧? 𝘐 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯, 𝘥𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢𝘳𝘦? Sure, you may be able to list your favorite show, the foods you can't stand, and even your ultimate dream job. But these are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to understanding yourself as a whole. So this week on The Queerness Diaries its being raw and honest so you truly know yourself inside and out? It's more than just knowing your favorite TV show or the foods you dislike. Real self-reflection is a powerful tool that can help you understand your values, sharpen your focus, and aid in personal growth. Studies have shown that dedicating just 15 minutes a day to self-reflection can boost overall performance by 23%. That's pretty impressive, right? To help you on this journey of self-discovery, here are a few questions to ponder. Feel free to answer them in your mind, share your thoughts out loud, or jot them down in a journal for future reference. It's a great way to track your progress and see how far you've come. So I highly recommend it! 𝒴𝓸𝓊𝓉𝓊𝒷𝓮: https://lnkd.in/dRmbHEDd 𝓛𝒾𝓃𝓀𝓮𝒹𝓘𝓃: https://lnkd.in/dgbQCEZe 😍

🔥💥🔥💥Do Better🔥💥🔥💥🔥💥 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I am back with another Tiff Tip Tuesday. Before we get into this week’s tip, did you enjoy last week’s Tiff Tip Tuesday, “Time To Dream”. Post your comments and tag me. This week I am excited to share “Do Better” Short Story: I remember a powerful woman of God, who would challenge me to “do better”. It was if she knew I was not doing all that God called me to do OR, I was being a little stubborn, she would say, “Minister Easley, you need to do better.”Many of us referred to her as “Do Better Betty” and she is the inspiration behind today’s tip, “Do Better”. Today, I will share two things I learned about “do better” 💥Do Better - Actions! How are your actions toward yourself and others? Do you treat yourself well? Do you set an expectation for the way others should treat you? These questions can help gauge your actions. Depending on your answers, you may need to, “do better”. 💥Do Better - Thoughts! Goodbye negative thoughts! You must do better with your thoughts. Thinking positively is powerful. Practice reinforcing any negative thought with a positive thought. Do better with your thinking. Tiffany Service Announcement (TSA): How will you do better? As you continue with your week, find opportunities to do better. #TiffTipTuesday #SOAR #SOARLifestyle #DoBetter

5 ways to be a better human this week: 1. Volunteer your time and resources to help those in need. 2. Whatever the present moment contains, accept it as if you had chosen it. Always work with your circumstance, not against it. 3. Figure out what you're good at without trying, then try. 4. Remember that if you consort with someone covered in dirt, you can hardly avoid getting a little grimy yourself. 5. Stop saying no and start asking how.

One life. 7 letters. I write them every morning to remind myself that it's all we have. (I miss some mornings 😂) In the business of life because that's what it feels like some days It's important to find time to reflect on what's important This is different for all of us but what is the same is the 7 letters Do we have time to procrastinate? Maybe? Maybe not? Do we have time to hold grudges? Maybe? Do we have time to not be authentic, vulnerable, transparent? Maybe? Do we have time to work in places that don't align with our values? Maybe? The point is we never know and this is why we should never put off what's important...... This hoodie sparked so many meaningful conversations when I wore it...especially for people who had let their dreams and goals die... Happy Sunday! →My name is Cornelius and I help people remove limiting beliefs and overthinking to create the life they desire.
