In Loving Memory of Priscilla, a Beloved Mother to her children and my little niece, I wanted to share the following: It is with unimaginable sorrow that we share the heartbreaking loss of our beloved Priscilla Joann Aldana, the daughter of my sister, Iris N. Ayala. As many of you know, Priscilla had been missing since December 20, 2024, (Thanks to all that helped in the search efforts). Tragically, her body was found on January 3, 2025. Her life was taken in a brutal act of violence that has left her family and community devastated. Priscilla was more than a victim. She was a shining light in our family and community—a loving mother to 10 children, including 2-year-old twins, a proud member of the Yaqui Nation, and a woman who brought warmth, love, and resilience to all who knew her. We can try filtering our stuck and unwanted cycles of complaints with thoughts of gratitude. Look for gratitude in your support system of people, in how struggles we face can teach us, or just try being grateful for having basic needs met. Whatever it is we can be grateful for, it's creating more positive cycles of gratitude instead of sticking to our complaints #anxietyrelief
