✴️ Breaking News ✴️ BrainsWay announced today the initiation of a prospective, randomized, controlled, multicenter clinical trial evaluating an accelerated treatment protocol for the Company’s proprietary Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (Deep TMS™) system to treat major depressive disorder (MDD). Cybin Inc recently had a successful meeting with the FDA for its Type B Breakthrough Therapy, CYB003, targeting Major Depressive Disorder. The Phase 3 trial is set to start in late summer 2024 at 30 clinical sites across the US and Europe. In Phase 2, 75% of patients achieved remission with two 16mg doses. The company will release 12-month efficacy data from Phase 2 this year. To maintain trial integrity, Phase 3 will include adaptive masking, participant blinding, and monitoring techniques. Cybin has restructured its Governance and Compensation Committees to comprise independent directors only. Their focus remains on innovative treatments for mental health, collaborating with top experts and partners.
