This year, Allianz Asia Pacific proudly launched the inaugural MoveNow Mentoring Program to demonstrate our commitment to making a positive social impact in our local communities. Insights from our program revealed that the initiative made a meaningful impact on our mentees who gained the confidence to navigate and shape their professional future in our local workforce. Our partnership with Halogen, the Singapore Disability Sports Council (SDSC), and our volunteer mentors from Allianz in Singapore have enabled our mentees to benefit from a six-month mentoring course, equipping them with the right skill sets, industry knowledge, and networks to transition successfully from academic life to the workforce in Singapore. Students' learning outcomes from being a mentor in the Nightingale Mentoring Programme for Adult Refugees in Norway It seems that mentoring expanded the mentors' search for values, wishes and resources, including an awareness that our values, wishes and needs are more similar than different.
