Woven Housing Association ’s Post

We are delighted to share that following our acquisition of a prime site on Main Street, Claudy at the end of last year, we have submitted plans for a transformative new social housing development designed to meet the needs of the community.   The proposed project includes: 16 two storey houses 14 own door apartments 2 wheelchair accessible own door apartments 1 wheelchair accessible bungalow   This totals 33 high quality homes complemented by landscaping, open amenity space and exceptional energy efficiency all thoughtfully planned to provide safe, inclusive and welcoming living environments. All the homes are designed to EPC Grade A standard to prioritise optimal energy performance leading to lower energy bills and a reduced carbon footprint.   We are proud to contribute to the delivery of much needed social housing in Claudy and support the creation of sustainable communities.
