Let's talk a little bit about smart tags. Smart tags are basically tiny snippets of code you can use to automatically insert important information into different places. You may have seen them around already, like in your forms default notification settings. This admin emails smart tag means it'll automatically use the e-mail address that belongs to your sites administrator. You can click on a Show Smart Tags link to automatically pull in all sorts of information, like automatically adding a user's name in the forms confirmation message. You can also use them in the form builder when. Just amazing a form. You can use them to add a default value to a field so that these fields will be prefilled with the relevant information on the front end of your site. Or in combination with something like a hidden field to automatically pull information that a user doesn't necessarily need to see, like the users ID if they're registered on your WordPress site, or more complex information like a query string variable.
