Naming an agency is hard. Really hard.
Naming two humans and multiple pets was easier than naming our agency. I went a bit crazy, and my many late-night eureka moments and rushed domain registrations were often scuppered in the cold light of day.
It had to be something original*, optimistic and about the power of the collective ... and, you know, available.
The more we discussed it, the more movement seemed to fit. It perfectly encapsulates what we set out to do. It works on multiple levels, from capturing the act of sharing content that spreads to evoking the emotional response and call to action we strive to create in our work.
But movement is more than just a name for us; it's a philosophy that informs everything we do. It represents our team, both within the industry and in the wider world. It embodies our commitment to supporting our people, clients, and communities.
We know a name alone doesn’t guarantee success, but we believe movement lays a strong foundation for us to build something truly special. Something that moves us forward together.

As we continue forward, each week we'll share a new aspect of our business and the journey that got us here. Today it's all about the name. After countless brainstorms and ideas that didn’t make the cut, we kept coming back to movement. So much is packed into this one word, and it perfectly captures who we are and what we want to do.
