As the father of two servicemen (Navy) and a Yankee Doodle Dandy myself (DOB July 4th), we proudly fly the American flag at our home every day.
While we head into the weekend, be sure and keep an eye out for any American flags that seem tattered or worn out. Perhaps an elderly neighbor that has not had time or the resources to properly retire their flag. Offer to do so and even to replace it if possible.
Just some reminders:
Do: Raise the flag briskly and lower it ceremoniously.
Don't: Allow the flag to touch the ground or floor.
Do: Fly the flag only from sunrise to sunset. (Night time exposure is okay if it is well lit.)
Don't: Transport the flag horizontally.
Do: Always allow the flag to fall free.
🏃♂️ The Journey of Resilience and Inspiration: Watch My 5K Walk/Run at Westgate Resorts (Video Link Below)
For me, this wasn’t just another race it was a journey through physical pain, emotional highs and lows, and the relentless determination that comes with being a disabled veteran.
The video I’ve created from this experience is more than just a race recap.
It’s a story. A story of setting goals, overcoming obstacles, and proving to myselfand hopefully to all of you that disability is not a barrier to achieving dreams.
🌟 Why you should watch:
• It’s a rollercoaster of emotions one that mirrors life’s ups and downs.
• It showcases the grit and perseverance it takes to accomplish a task that once seemed impossible.
• It’s a reminder that while we can’t change the past, we absolutely have the power to shape our future.
I invite you to watch this video and reflect on your own challenges. Let it remind you that no matter how tough the journey gets, you have the strength to keep going. If I can push through my limits, so can you.
🎥 Watch, share, and let me know how it resonates with you. Let’s spread the message that resilience knows no bounds.

The short seller Hindenburg very much like the infamous, bomb carrying Hindenburg Zeppelin airship is all out to bomb our markets and crash the economy. And like another Nazi of bygone era - Goebbels, the present day short seller, Hindenburg prevaricates, lies again and again on Indian companies and individuals to transform his lie into a truth and crash the markets. And in this game of his, sinister forces from abroad and some Indian politicians at home are in complete sync. All this and more in this episode of THE CAA SHOW in which CAA is Conversations and Analysis

I actually haven’t seen a single post about Dec 7, 1941, “A day that will live in infamy.” As a young private in the military, it’s was actually an old crusty E-6 Staff Sergeant Dave Anders who created an impact on me about the importance of remembering this date.
On December 7, 1941, the attack on Pearl Harbor thrust the United States into World War II, challenging the Greatest Generation to confront unprecedented adversity. They responded with remarkable resilience, unity, and a commitment to service, both on the front lines and the home front.
Key Lessons for Today’s Professionals:
• Resilience in Adversity: Facing the Great Depression and global conflict, this generation demonstrated unwavering determination. In our careers, embracing resilience enables us to navigate challenges and emerge stronger.
• Commitment to Service: Their collective efforts, from military service to supporting war production at home, highlight the impact of contributing to a greater cause. Prioritizing teamwork and community in our professional lives fosters a more collaborative and fulfilling environment.
• Adaptability and Innovation: Confronted with rapidly changing circumstances, they adapted and innovated, leading to significant technological and societal advancements. Embracing change and seeking innovative solutions are crucial for success in today’s dynamic workplace.
As we remember Pearl Harbor and honor the Greatest Generation, let’s integrate these timeless values into our professional journeys, striving to build a resilient, service-oriented, and innovative future.
