Witness, acknowledge, and act - this is what we all can do in our small ways.

One lesser-known story about D-Day involves Operation Bodyguard - an elaborate strategy designed to mislead the Germans about the actual landing site. One of the key components of this operation was the creation of a fictitious army, the First United States Army Group (FUSAG), which was supposedly preparing to invade Pas-de-Calais, a region far from the actual landing sites in Normandy. To sell this deception, the Allies employed various tactics, including the use of inflatable tanks, dummy landing craft, and even fake radio traffic. They also had General George Patton, one of the most well-known and respected Allied generals, ostensibly in command of this phantom army. The Germans fell for it, and kept a significant portion of their forces in Pas-de-Calais for weeks, waiting for an invasion that never came. This misdirection allowed the actual invasion force in Normandy to face less resistance and establish a beachhead. As you reflect on D Day today, ask yourself - are you proactively planning for your business to succeed, or are you the one sitting in the wrong place, perhaps deceived by others?

For centuries, people with Black and Brown skin have faced unimaginable violence and systemic oppression, often at the hands of those who exploit or marginalise them. The legacy of colonialism, enslavement, and economic subjugation continues today, manifesting in inequitable global systems, such as GDP metrics and Eurocentric policies that do not reflect the lived realities of our communities.   Vocal terrorism through multimedia platforms, controlled by those in positions of power, perpetuates harmful narratives about Black and Brown communities. One such dangerous myth suggests that we are harming decent communities because we are "eating their pets." These narratives are not only false but serve to dehumanise and demonise us, further igniting prejudice and reinforcing systemic violence and genocide.   It is critical to recognise that the history of violence and genocide worldwide whites through guns, bombs, and systemic racism. The USA to thrive at the cost of Indigenous and Black lives. The struggle for justice and equality remains ongoing, and we must challenge these structures of oppression that persist in promoting division and exploitation.   The only real so-called Jews had Black skin look at King Tutankhamun.
