Hop, skip and a jump home to Dublin now after a fantastic event in London with the Future of Work Institute Cpl this morning. ✈️ We focused on the future employer value proposition and discussed what this looks like in the context of a changing work world. 🌍 Areas covered off included culture, learning and development, communication, work flexibility and succession planning. 🎯 One key takeaway for me: to build an inclusive, forward thinking and ‘on the pulse’ people strategy/ workplace, you need to listen to people across the employee lifecycle before implementing changes 🚀 #datadrivenculture #peoplefirst
